हरि हरि नामु धिआइ गुरबाणी नित नित चवा बलि राम जीउ ॥
Har har nām ḏẖi▫ā▫e gurbāṇī niṯ niṯ cẖavā bal rām jī▫o.
I meditate on the Naam, the Name of the Lord, Har, Har. Continuously, continually, I chant the Word of the Guru's Bani.
