ਭਗਤਿ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਲਾਲ ॥
भगति भंडार गुरबाणी लाल ॥
Bẖagaṯ bẖandār gurbāṇī lāl.
Gurbani is the jewel, the treasure of devotion.

Aasaa, Fifth Mehl:
ਜੀਅ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਧਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਕੋ ਨਾਮੁ ॥
जीअ प्रान धनु हरि को नामु ॥
Jī▫a parān ḏẖan har ko nām.
The Naam, the Name of the Lord, is my soul, my life, my wealth.
ਈਹਾ ਊਹਾਂ ਉਨ ਸੰਗਿ ਕਾਮੁ ॥੧॥
ईहा ऊहां उन संगि कामु ॥१॥
Īhā ūhāʼn un sang kām. ||1||
Here and hereafter, it is with me, to help me. ||1||
ਬਿਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਮ ਅਵਰੁ ਸਭੁ ਥੋਰਾ ॥
बिनु हरि नाम अवरु सभु थोरा ॥
Bin har nām avar sabẖ thorā.
Without the Lord's Name, everything else is useless.
ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਅਘਾਵੈ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਸਨਿ ਮਨੁ ਮੋਰਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
त्रिपति अघावै हरि दरसनि मनु मोरा ॥१॥ रहाउ ॥
Ŧaripaṯ agẖāvai har ḏarsan man morā. ||1|| rahā▫o.
My mind is satisfied and satiated by the Blessed Vision of the Lord's Darshan. ||1||Pause||

Gāvaṯ sunaṯ kamāvaṯ nihāl. ||2||
Singing, hearing and acting upon it, one is enraptured. ||2||
ਚਰਣ ਕਮਲ ਸਿਉ ਲਾਗੋ ਮਾਨੁ ॥
चरण कमल सिउ लागो मानु ॥
Cẖaraṇ kamal si▫o lāgo mān.
My mind is attached to the Lord's Lotus Feet.
ਸਤਿਗੁਰਿ ਤੂਠੈ ਕੀਨੋ ਦਾਨੁ ॥੩॥
सतिगुरि तूठै कीनो दानु ॥३॥
Saṯgur ṯūṯẖai kīno ḏān. ||3||
The True Guru, in His Pleasure, has given this gift. ||3||
ਨਾਨਕ ਕਉ ਗੁਰਿ ਦੀਖਿਆ ਦੀਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ॥
नानक कउ गुरि दीखिआ दीन्ह ॥
Nānak ka▫o gur ḏīkẖi▫ā ḏīnĥ.
Unto Nanak, the Guru has revealed these instructions:
ਪ੍ਰਭ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਘਟਿ ਘਟਿ ਚੀਨ੍ਹ੍ਹ ॥੪॥੨੩॥
प्रभ अबिनासी घटि घटि चीन्ह ॥४॥२३॥
Parabẖ abẖināsī gẖat gẖat cẖīnĥ. ||4||23||
